The Alliance began with a 4.5-year Israeli pilot among dozens of contractors holding current ISO 45001:2018 certification and sharing agreed safety data. That local research foundation now informs responsible global expansion.

The research observed a statistically significant association between contractors combining IoT safety monitoring with AI-supported analysis and an approximately 70% reduction in the safety-risk measures tracked for the pilot cohort.
The result is an observed correlation within the pilot—not proof that technology alone caused the change, and not a guaranteed outcome. Broader use should follow review of the methodology, measures, operating context, security, privacy and human oversight.
The Alliance is translating the research model into national, state, regional and research chapters, beginning with expansion in the United States, Western Europe and additional markets while respecting local conditions and governance.
