- Apply the hierarchy of controls to the selected priority risks.
- Assign owners, resources, evidence and deadlines for each action.
- Strengthen competence, contractor coordination and verification of critical controls.
- Test emergency arrangements against the current project phase and workforce.
Days 61–90: measurement and improvement
- Track defined leading and lagging indicators without rewarding under-reporting.
- Audit whether the selected controls work across representative projects and shifts.
- Investigate gaps, verify corrective-action closure and share relevant learning.
- Run a management review that records decisions, resources and the next improvement cycle.
What the roadmap does and does not do
The roadmap is designed for improvement inside an existing management system. It does not reproduce the standard, replace legal advice or guarantee that an organization will obtain or retain certification in 90 days.
ISO develops the standard; independent certification bodies conduct certification. The Safe Builders Alliance verifies eligibility for membership and does not issue ISO certificates.
